Lately I've gotten into doing some construction paper cutouts. Once again I recycled this old photograph, turning it from this
A closeup on the head reveals more detail, with the roughness around the edges and grain of the paper.
As it is, I think it could look good as a poster, for some band, say.
But since I'm also learning Photoshop and illustrator, it gives me some good material to work with to gain some skills there.
There's lots of stuff I'm not sure about, like why the white in the background of the last couple of pictures doesn't match the plain white of this blog's background. But I've learned a lot with only a few hours work!
